Itchy blisters on your hands. Newly diagnosed or still wondering? You’re in the right place.

This site is written by someone who has lived with pompholyx for over 40 years. Not a doctor. Not a clinic. Just honest information in plain English, from someone who knows what those blisters feel like.

I’m Andy. I built the original pompholyx.co.uk back in 2008. It was the first dedicated information sites for this condition. Life got in the way and the site eventually went quiet, but the questions never stopped coming. I’ve returned to rebuild it and make it more extensive, because the gap is still there and people still need answers.

If you’ve just had a flare and you’re not sure what’s happening to your skin, you’re in the right place.
